Family started on it before I could take a pic.
I was out of eggs so I used 1 cup of applesauce instead. Made buttermilk from heavy whip and vinegar. Turned out just right. Used salted butter and forgot to omit salt and it still wasn't salty at all.
Not a sweet cornbread. Good for asking butter and honey. If you want a sweeter cornbread, you might add more sugar or honey to the recipe.
