I tried the blueberry version, my family said, and I quote “you cant put berries in muffins”. So we switched to chocolate chips, and let me just say… we’ve baked a batch every other day this week. We are addicted.
To reduce the calories we’re using 0 calorie sugar, and I added a little bit of milk to make the batter more soft.
Also, we dont have pumpkin cans where I come from, so I bake a butter squash, and add the 420g mashed.
I grate half of an orange peel into the pumpkin. It gives it an extra umph.
