Few things I changed:
-Cooked the chicken alone with some oil from the sundried tomatoes for about 3 minutes.
-Then I added in some puréed onion, 3 cloves of garlic, and about tbs of chicken broth, to the chicken.
- While that cooked down, I added a sprig of rosemary, and a tbs of sherry cooking wine. I let that all cook together as the chicken reached its finished cooking time.
- I then removed the rosemary sprig and continued on with the recipe, but making a bit extra sauce.
Came out DELICIOUS. Boyfriend requested it added into rotation! Definitely making again, so quick and easy.
