Instructions
Step 1
Add the pasta to a pan and cook as per packet instructions (usually 10-15 mins)

Add a splash of olive oil and some sundried tomatoes to a pan, stir and cook for 1-2 mins.

Add the chicken and spices. Cook through for 5-7 mins.

Pour in the single cream and add the mozzarella. Stir until creamy.
