This is a solid recipe. I recommend boneless skinless thighs. For being a solid recipe it was actually quite jiggly inside. Also we added a gilroy's worth of garlic. According to my daughter Elmo liked it too.

Jiggly inside? Every time I do this recipe I add a little corn starch slurry and it makes it perfect!

Yeah we did the cornstarch slurry as well. Traditionally I think chicken pot pie does have flour in it.. and I'm not talking about the dough.
