A little heavy, but good. I reduced the cayenne to 1/4 tsp. and red pepper flakes to 1/2 tsp. because my husband doesn't do spice, and I think it turned out well. I used a tiny ice cream scoop to gage the size of the meatballs and wound up making 45 and baking them for 15 minutes. I also used ground turkey instead of chicken, since that's what I had.
