Very easy to make. It needed quite a bit more seasoning than the recipe called for, and since I overdid it with the water, I added some Morningside crumbles (browned with olive oil, onion powder, and smoked paprika). I also added about 15 ounces of whole tomatoes so that the soup itself had a little more acidity. With all that plus salt, pepper, and avocado oil (and of course the toppings), it turned out to be a tasty, simple soup!
