UPDATE made with substitute (scroll down):Love this recipe, quick and easy on those mornings when your family wants a little extra. Easy to sub ingredients such as adding yogurt instead of milk , or add in bananas or strawberries! It’s a great recipe! I also mix the dry ingredients in a jar and save for another day so that way all I have to do is add milk, or my kiddo can mix it up for herself on another day!
Used oat milk to replace the milk (Chobani vanilla). Turned out great! I am not a vegan, and I do like milk.
