Special occasion

Took very long to roast peppers, cook and simmer meat, and then bake. Interesting flavor but im torn on if it was worth all the effort

For me I only like that kind of effort if I'm either hosting, or making so much that I'll have a bunch of leftovers to come back to. Even though I know the flavor is great, it feels hard to justify the time without something extra to make it worth it.
