One-dish
I made this last weekend. It was good, but this recipe calls for way too much oil. So much to the point where I could see the oil when I was eating it. I used vegetable oil, btw. Next time, I’ll just water sauté the onion and garlic.

This dish is meant to be made with red palm oil , which forms part of the colour and look of the dish, definitely not vegetable oil ( I’m african)
