Proofed in good time, baked nicely. I felt the crust was a bit too crunchy but a very inconsequential issue, as we finished our loaf enthusiastically and with much butter. The crumb was good, a bit chewier than your typical store-loaf. Again, the difference was not enough to deter our family lol.
