I had to take out the sundried tomatoes due to an allergy so I added about 1/4 cup oil and dried basil, oregano, and parsley to make up for it. It's probably much better with the tomatoes but I have enjoyed the meal even without them. The artichokes add a great texture and flavor, I'd probably add more of them next time. It's not the most flavorful meal but it was easy to make and has been good as leftovers as well.
