Delicious

I made it with soft tofu and cabbage and my family liked it! Be careful, the rice paper is sticky and don't put the bits very close on a pan.

I've made them again fir our NY party but changed cabbage to zucchini and it's more delicious! So, my best set for this recipe: zucchini, carrot, firm tofu, flax seeds (blended), herbs, fresh parsley.
