This was a good dinner. I would rate it a 7 out of 10. Not too hard to cook and it only takes one pan for the recipe. We used a second pan to cook jasmine rice so we could put the chicken and sauce over the rice. I added a little corn starch at the end to make the sauce thicker. We had some left over spice mix from coating the chicken so we added it to the sauce. I think the sauce still needed more seasoning but it was a good base. It tasted even better the next day after the flavors had merged together!!
