After seeing a number of positive reviews stating this was the best meatloaf ever, I decided to give my first meatloaf a try.
I was a bit sceptical about the amount of ketchup.
Turns out it was too ketchupy, salty and sweet to all our tastes.
Didn't add any extra salt because I expected the soup mix to be salty enough but it was too salty still.
I think you can cut the sugar in half and for the sauce cut back on the ketchup as well.
We did like the texture, it was quite moist throughout.
Will try other recipes before giving this one another try.
