Absolutely buzzing with this Mexican Beef Casserole!!! So easy, quick and OMG the smell when putting it together is amazing and got everyone’s noses going in my house!!!
It’s very versatile too so you can play around with it and add things that u like ( I didn’t add the cayenne pepper only because Tesco didn’t have any in to buy when I went but to be honest my family or no good with spice so it’s great u don’t have too and it makes plenty for leftovers so lunches are sorted too!!!
My family wanted something different as sick of the same old teas and I came across Whisk and this recipe and thought I would take the plunge and risk it and ohh boy I’m glad I did! It will be a new staple tea for our house! Thank you so much!
