This was decent for a tempeh recipe - I liked it better with some Sriracha. I stirred in some spinach at the end instead of broccoli. Steaming the tempeh in the pan definitely helps with bitterness, but I think I prefer marinating it somehow instead of just stirring in the sauce. Wouldn't say its a go-to for now, but I may try again with some experiments (marinate in the sauce before steaming)
