Delicious!! I've made this twice in the last two days, so I'd say this is a winner in our house! I used a mixture of soy sauces to add some extra depth to the flavor. Making the tofu extra crispy is necessary because it softens once you mix it into the sauce. I will be bulk-making the sauce so that I can store some in the freezer and fridge. It does take a little while to make it all from scratch every time, so I'd recommend making multiple batches at once if you like it!
