It was a hearty and tasty stew and I enjoyed the sweet smoky paprika flavour. It was nice to mop it up with a slice of buttered tiger bread. I would definitely make it again.

@theintrepidba(n)ker it's like a bloomer loaf with a crackle pattern on top, often with cheese on top. Popular in the UK, though I guess it's European. It's crunchy and soft.
