Not sure about the “healthy” bit (it is battered chicken after all) but it does have lots of vegetables and tasted great. However do NOT follow the recipe method of battering the chicken into a bowl and then pouring into the pan for frying. It all stuck together in a gloopy mess and I had difficulty separating the pieces and cooking them through.
Next time I’d probably dip the pieces in the cornstarch batter separately and make sure they stay separated while frying, or even batter and fry the cutlets and then cut them into pieces.
