Amazingly moist and chocolatey. I made a red wine chocolate ganache that was on the same website to go with it... In some places the ganache was just as thick as the cake which was a bit thin in the middle. But it's so rich that it's not a big deal. (I did use baking powder.) Would definitely make again.
