I turned this into a freezer meal. I put all the ingredients plus mushrooms into a crock pot liner and clipped it shut. I used beef bullion and didn't add water. Then I put the bag into a gallon freezer bag and wrote instructions on it including how much water to add. I also wrote suggestions for sides: potatoes, brown rice, frozen vegetables, or salad. I threw it into my chest freezer and now I can make it on a busy day!
