Great recipe! I reduced the amount of chili powder to 1 tsp and added 4 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce instead along with some of the sauce from the can. As an fyi, I have a 3 quart Instant Pot and found that it was too small to fit all of the ingredients noted. Needed to switch to a larger pot and cook on the stovetop.
