So good! I completely didn't realize this was a crockpot meal so I panicked a bit at dinner time, but it baked well in the oven! I substituted the sour cream with plain greek yogurt to make it a bit healthier. I also didn't have enough chicken breast so I just added more vegetables (we had a summer squash from our yard) and I added probably closer to a cup of chicken stock (instead of water) so the vegetables would steam well.
It came out DELICIOUS. Baked at 350° for 35 minutes.
