This was such a delicious pasta to make I made homeade noodles as well abs I used trader Joe’s mushroom easoning in the sauce to give it extra mushroom flavor I also added extra garlic because I’m a garlic girl I added a bit too much miso because I was a little over excited but overall it was delicious I also added a little bit of the hot pasta water to the sauce to help it out I had to cook the mushrooms in a lottttt of batches but it paid off it defiantly took me over an hour to do
