This was incredible! I am notoriously slow at chopping but I think saying this meal only had 5 minutes of prep time is disingenuous. It took me a lot longer than 5 minutes to peel and chop the sweet potatoes. I do not have an iron skillet, so I transferred it to a baking dish to put in the oven. I had to cook it for an additional 10 minutes than what was recommended in the recipe. Overall, though, I'll make it again because it tasted so good!
