Very delicious! Doubled the recipe because we had guests, served over rice, and left out water chestnuts. Everybody loved it, and even had plenty of leftovers. Will make again!
Note: When I double the recipe, I still only use 1 bag of slaw, otherwise the ratio to the pork is too much.
