I’m guessing you used regular carrots instead of baby and chicken breasts instead of tenders? That would require longer cooking times, but wouldn’t affect the taste at all. I use a meat thermometer for all my meat cooking. I’ve made this and cut chicken breasts in half horizontally to lessen cooking time. In fact, I do that with a lot of recipes since chicken breasts tend to run to really thick these days.
