Picture is not very flattering, but these came out better than I expected. When I was forming into patties felt very sticky and mushy and I was very skeptical of them holding up. But they firmed up when I cooked them quite well. The mixture kept sticking to my hands as I was forming them, so I sprayed my hands with cooking spry, which seemed to help.
