I halved the broccoli and the tahini sauce, but used full lemon, garlic in the sauce.
Used 1 tsp Sriracha and 1 tsp berbere (Penzeys) Mixed with olive and chickpeas.
I thought I had too much parsley, but everything was tasty mixed. The chickpeas were very spicy if eaten by themselves, but fine mixed. Added 1 tsp better than bullion chicken to the quinoa during cooking (1/2). So most items were halved except for all spices.
