The sauce is great with salmon! Super easy recipe. Will repeat.
I kind of screwed up in that I thawed my salmon instead of cooking frozen salmon because I wanted to pull the skin off. So instead of pressure cooking it I ended up just kind of boiling the salmon with the sauce in the instant pot on saute mode the whole time. It turned out really nice because it kind of caramelized the sauce while cooking the salmon at the same time.
