Creamy, easy, cheesey chicken! Folks of all ages love this, and it's super simple. Easy to scale the recipe up. More liquid is probably a good idea, as others suggest. My kids request it!
*I like to toast Hawaiian rolls under the broiler (maybe with an egg wash, if you're feeling fancy!) for 2-5 minutes, and just serve the separated buns in their own serving bowl. People can grab a few on a plate, then scoop the "crack" chicken into a bowl. Sit down somewhere and enjoy!
