Used Langostino Lobster tails which were nice in this. I think 6 cups of stock is way too much as I had to thicken the soup three times with a corn starch slurry. I think 4 cups would have sufficed. I also added more heavy cream and more old bay. Lastly, I added a dash of Cajun seasoning and topped with green onions and a side of Crusty French bread that I turned into homemade garlic bread.
