I am so glad I found this recipe! Absolutely fantastic... I cooked them in the oven and they turned out great! Our whole family enjoyed it. Lightly crispy on the outside and super soft on the inside... with a perfect blend of seasonings. Such a healthy alternative and really delicious. I will definitely make these again.
