Overall it came out well but, even after cooking it for much longer than instructed, the dumplings still did not fully cook. In not sure how to fix that. Also, I ended up using the full cartoon of low sodium chicken broth because it seemed too thick which ironically resulted in it being too salty! I added heavy cream to cut the saltiness, which worked great and added a nice richness. Any pointers to fully cook the dumplings would be greatly appreciated as we really liked the flavor, just not the undercooked dumplings!
