← Replies in Mediterranean Chickpea Salad Recipe

Used half the onion, half the cheese and wished we used half the parsley. Would have been much prettier with red bell pepper but orange works. Made red hot pepper flakes a personal choice. Was a nice refreshing meatless meal.
