Okay, this was amazing. Obviously my kids weren’t havin’ it, mostly because of the spinach (but I also couldn’t convince them that the onions were just really big garlic pieces), but the adults loved it! We only put a handful of each for the cheese, so it wasn’t insanely cheesy, and it turned out nice and creamy. Will definitely be making again!
