It’s a delicious recipe. I love experimenting so I replaced a couple of spoons of the GF flour with almond flour, also added some cardamom powder and cinnamon. I wish I would have added extra blueberries so the sweetness and sourness could be more balanced (for my taste 🙂). Will do next time. The crumble on top will remain the same (crumbly) after cooking but I don’t mind and it has a delicious biscuit taste!
