Looks better in person. I added a little bit more cumin and chilli powder and its very nice. Probably not ring of fire but enough to enjoy. I took others advice and only made 150ml for the beef stock. I made the mistake of not reading through the whole recipe before adding it all together, and didn't have a lid for that particular pan so I assume that's why it's a bit more drier. Still highly recommend. And added bonus its healthy! Bon appetite
