Wonderful recipe. Very moist and flavorful. Surprisingly you can't tell there is oatmeal once it is cooked in there. I like extra glaze so I made that to put on top. I like to turn up the broiler the last few minutes to sort of caramelize the top. The glaze is a mix of ketchup, white vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, pepper. Double or triple the recipe easily.
