I used spinach tortillas thats all i had, didnt have rotel so used salsa, didnt have sour cream so used greek yogurt, kid friendly so instead of pepper jack cheese i used queso qoaxaca also all i had. I love pepper jack so want to try that next time! I made mine a little bigger so cooked for 25 mins and broiled for 2. Got a little crispy but yummy! So so good! Thank you for a new recipe!
