Added andouille sausage to this recipe and topped with parsley. I used Tony's Cajun Seasoning, Italian Seasoning, and onion powder instead of all of the spice ingredients. I added an extra cup of broth to make up for the extra meat and the penne turned out great! The meal was loved by all. Added 4oz of cream cheese. Next time I will use two cans of tomatoes.
