Very dense, but moist, has a very nutty and seedy flavor. I've covered the whole surface with simmered frozen blackberries before baking and substituded some of the milk for a ginger lemonade (we ran out of milk). It baked about 50 minutes for me this time (but can be by our oven), the result being a bit stiff. I'd say it hardens as it cools down, so don't be afraid to bake it a bit less next time.
