Didn’t have Insta Pot and used 6 boneless skinless thighs in the Ninja roasting pan. Added 4 tsp Tapioca flour instead of 6 tsp cornstarch. Cut honey to 3/4 cup and included Hot Honey as well as regular honey. Turned out very well!
