I already had cooked chicken and a lovely seasoned broth on hand from an instant pot recipe. I also added a bag of fresh baby spinach at the end. It was delicious! I do use all of the lemon though, could be my lemons aren't very tasty though lol
* Edited* this is also a great base for the more creamy version of the soup. Just scramble two eggs and one egg yolk with half of the lemon. Temper the egg mix and then add and mix into the soup before serving.
