Add equal amounts of chicken stock and cream. Add the spring onion ends while frying the garlic. Use chicken thigh fillets instead of chicken breast. Add some chopped fresh Parsley and the green part of the spring Onions at the end. Add mozzarella to taste and serve with Grated Parmesan. Add some of the seasoning directly to the chicken pieces and marinate for a short while. Add a mix of chilli powder and Paprika. Taste for salt at the end.
