Was pretty good. I think I made a little too much pasta, but still was amazing. I think next time i'd season the chicken better. Converting some of the units was a little difficult, I don't have a 1/5 cup so I had to just estimate with 1/4 cup. This was made just for me, so I have leftovers for a couple days. Another thing is I would have everything prepped before hand as chopping up all the ingredients took a while for me and the pasta was done cooking well before I was ready to put it in the pan.

I changed a recipe a little bit by adding curry

Was a great flavour and very easy to make Recommend it!

Add equal amounts of chicken stock and cream. Add the spring onion ends while frying the garlic. Use chicken thigh fillets instead of chicken breast. Add some chopped fresh Parsley and the green part of the spring Onions at the end. Add mozzarella to taste and serve with Grated Parmesan. Add some of the seasoning directly to the chicken pieces and marinate for a short while. Add a mix of chilli powder and Paprika. Taste for salt at the end.

Added more cream, one chopped tomato + bit more salt
