This recipe is a bit FISHY get it because of the sal ... I'm just kidding it is dill-ightful. And all that for a mere penne. Wouldn't quite recommend using fresh salmon though, it's a bit of a hassle taking the boat back and forth to Norway. Also: who on God's beautiful planet has reduced-fat crème fraiche in their fridge?

Creme Fraiche is the UK equivalent of sour cream in the US.
