After my first attempt, this was much better since I rolled them tighter. I added Nasoya plant based Korean BBQ beef tips chopped up, but the rest was exact. (Except I never have green onions around, so always use yellow onion)
The suggestion to cut one wrapper into 4 parts to use as a reinforcement for the area you place the food is a good one. And after you get the hang of the wrapping process, this is an easy go to meal.
