Based on reviews,
I left out the 5 spice and Worchestire sauce. I added fish sauce, miso, whole chili peppers and more ginger and minced the garlic. Didn’t have chicken stock so I boiled the chicken bones after cutting off the meat that I fried and let it boil longer. Didn’t time it. I also left out the corn and used bok choy which is what I had on hand. The chicken in sesame oil was yummy! I also had made soy sauce eggs instead of plain eggs. I wonder if sautéing the chili and garlic before adding water would bring out spice more? Didn’t have ramen, used udon noodles.
